job, kids, or school causing you stress there are ways to avoid
stress as well as things to avoid in order to keep your stress
under control. If you are experiencing stress here are some
quick tips on the right foods to eat to keep your stress levels
from rising.

If you are completely stressed out keep away from caffeine. You
don't want to be hyper when you are stressed. Many people under
high amounts of stress continue to drink large amounts of
caffeinated beverages such as coffee and soda.

Keep away from alcohol. While alcohol with make you feel relaxed
for the moment, it can disrupt your sleep and make things worse
in the long run. If you are stressed out most health
professionals advise a healthy and natural alternative -fruits
and vegetables.

Most people that are stressed should be eating healthier and
staying away from processed or fast foods. First you should quit
you coffee and drink water or juice. You should also be eating
fresh fruits and vegetables and staying away from carbohydrates
and processed foods that contain loads of sugar. Too much sugar
will get you excited and might even increase your stress levels.
So to avoid getting stressed out, chill out with a healthy meal
of fresh foods, delicious fruits, vegetables and a fresh glass
of cold water.
